What is the best way to prepare a cup of Khoka Coffee?
Our favorite way to prepare Khoka Coffee is 2 tbsp "standard measure" per cup of coffee. A cup for Khoka Coffee is 8 oz of water before brewing. This will usually produce 5.33 oz of brewed coffee. See our Facebook & Instagram for tutorials and recipes! @khokacoffee
Refund/Return Policy
We stand behind our product and hope you love it as much as we do! We understand it's not for everyone and gladly offer a 7-day refund window for our coffee and a 15 day refund window for anything in our merch store once delivered. Please send an email to info@khokacoffee.com with your order # and reason for requesting a return or refund so we may help process. Please note that customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Opened bags will qualify for a partial refund. Used merch items will qualify for a partial refund. Limited Edition flavors of coffee do not qualify for a refund.

Do you ship to Canada and/or Internationally?
We do ship to Canada and Internationally, however, shipping cost in those regions are not part of the product price. Khoka Coffee will have to charge extra for shipping to Canada/Internationally. Shipping costs will vary depending on the final country of destination. Send us an email if you want to place an order from those regions, we will be happy to do our best to ship to you.
I am environmentally conscious, is Khoka Coffee?
Yes! Khoka Coffee is very passionate about reducing waste. We use environmentally conscious packaging and are working on other reusable packaging to continue improving our packaging. We also only use sustainably sourced ingredients in our products.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Our website only allows for one discount at a time. Is it possible you are “stacking” discounts? We are still a small business and our discounts cannot be combined at this time. We appreciate your understanding…
If you are only trying to apply this one discount, then perhaps you just overlooked the section to input the discount code. Please note that right before you submit your order it will have a box to submit the code. Orrrr it’s simply not you, it’s us…

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship from Florida and shipping factors may vary due to many factors “ahem” Hurricane season & Covid-19.
Khoka Coffee’s promise is to have a 2-day delivery inclusion for every order when you place your order before 4pm EST.
Due to Covid-19, we still try our best to have the product shipped within 2 business days but shipping carriers have recently communicated that there have been several delays in shipping due to the pandemic. I think my package is lost or stolen.
If you think your package is lost or stolen, Customer Support will do everything possible to assist you in recovering your package, but please keep in mind that Khoka Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
